What is the Aetrex 30-Day Wear Test?
We are confident in our comfort technology. You can wear your Aetrex shoes for up to 30 days, and if you aren't completely satisfied, you can return them for a full refund.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
How do I determine my correct orthotic size?
Aetrex orthotics are designed to match your shoe size. If you wear a half size, we generally recommend rounding up to the next whole size for the best fit and support.
What is your return policy for accessories?
Unworn socks and unopened maintenance products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Orthotics are also covered under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and select territories. For international orders, please check our store locator for authorized global retailers.
