Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Prepaid Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn or trial-tested items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
